Michaela Miragliotta

Michaela develops curriculum and facilitates workshops for ARTE, working with students from all over New York City to create artwork that advocates for human rights change. She has been trained in racial equity and restorative justice practices that inform her facilitation style and curriculum methodology. Outside of ARTE, Michaela works with other arts-based initiatives and non-profit organizations planning events, building community, and engaging member support.

Michaela’s favorite piece of art is from Bariloche, Argentina and is titled Pacha Mama, which means "Mother Earth”
